Corona Virus Update - Updated Booking Flexibility

Updated July 1st. 2020

Easy Booking and Cancellation

In order to support future events and flexibility in planning, we are giving extra flexibility in cancellations. Per Monday, March 16th, 2020 we are changing the cancellation policy to allow for cancellations one week in advance with no questions asked. If you are planning an event in the future, you can reserve a bus and for whatever reason, cancel the event at no cost until one week in advance. Since many events currently get postponed, prices are down. Take advantage of the great prices in the market at no risk.

  • If you are booking an event from 3/16 and onward, customers will enjoy one week in advance cancellations policy. No questions asked.

  • Prices are very competitive due to the coronavirus.

  • We, therefore, recommend organizations and planners not to postpone events too far out and secure a date and a competitive price as soon as planning allows it. And if you need to postpone again, we make it risk-free with one-week cancellation no questions asked.

How We Handle Covid-19 on Charter Buses & Limos

In order to keep customers and our drives safe we take extra precautions to keep buses safe and clean. Buses are already cleaned in between different groups and get a full clean overnight. In addition, buses are now cleaned using wipes & spray with min 70% alcohol on all hard surfaces where guests may touch.

This means we need extra time in between guests and we have updated the planning schedule to allow for this and equipped drivers with cleaning materials for days with multiple bookings.

Additional Seats in between Guests

There are no requirements from CDC that buses must enforce additional distance in between guests or to leave every 2nd row empty. However, if your group desire to use a larger bus to allow for better social distancing, we can accommodate that. See more on CDC Guidelines here.

Masks on Charter Buses are Optional for Passengers

Since many of our groups are already sharing an office or a school class, we deem enforcing masks on the bus serves little purpose. Therefore Masks are optional. For our larger buses we also only let passengers in from the rear and middle doors of the bus. We will also block the front row in order to keep a minimum of 6 feet distance between guests and drivers. Groups are of course welcome to wear masks as they deem needed.

Drivers Covid-19 Precautions

Drivers will wear masks and keep clear of passengers. Drivers will wear masks and also gloves. They will disinfect and clean in-between groups and are also equipped with additional hand sanitizers to use during the in-between stops and to disinfect the bus in between groups.

What You Can Do

  • Wear a mask or similar to minimize spread.

  • Tell your guests to stay home if they are sick or feel any symptoms.

  • Bring and use a hand sanitizer and was your hands before going on the bus.

If you have any questions about Covid-19 and the safety of riding on our buses, feel free to ask our staff.
