1.    LIRR

The LIRR has packages for people traveling to Splish Splash in Long Island. The packages come with discounted round trip rail fare, connecting shuttle bus and the attraction admission.

Although there is an inclusive rail/shuttle bus service that goes straight to Splish Splash, it only operates on weekends and holidays, May 23 to September 7, and weekdays from June 19 to September 4.

2.    Car

Taking a car is the fastest way to travel to the Waterpark, especially because it is located only 60 miles east of New York City. The address is 2549 Splish Splash Drive, Calverton, New York. You take the Long Island Expressway Eastbound to Exit 72 West, then take the West ramp and turn left at the first traffic light right onto Splish Splash Drive. This car ride will only take you approximately one and a half hours to get there.

3.   Bus Tickets

The Hampton Jitney travels once daily from Brooklyn Heights – Cadman West & Clark St to Tanger. This travel option will take about 2 and a half hours, including travel by walking or taking a cab from Tanger to the park itself. It not the cheapest option, but it is a little faster than most.

4.    Train

This is longest way to get to the park, but it is also an option, especially if it is a last minute trip, but if you have the time, then why not? You can take the train from the Ronkonkoma Branch from Pennsylvania Station to the Long Island MacArthur Airport, which is 1 hour and 20 minute ride. You will want to purchase your tickets before you board because the fares get higher than you are on board already. Then take a bus to Tanger, which travels three times a day, but is only a 30-minute ride. And finally, you walk for 36 minutes or 1.9 miles to Splish Splash! You may opt to take a cab from Tanger to the park but that might cost you more money.
